Corey Park


    Mr. Park is a Certified Hedge Fund Professional (CHP), with additional (CHP) certifications at the highest level in Portfolio Analytics and Risk Management. He attended the Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business (Leadership and Management) and has served in executive leadership positions for over 20 years. Mr. Park has closed several acquisitions and multimillion-dollar lines of credit from hedge funds; as well as negotiated and / or closed many mergers, strategic partnerships, license and/or sponsored research agreements and joint ventures. He initiated and signed investment agreements totaling more than 25 million for companies he founded. As an experienced practitioner of business strategy, he has read, studied and applied numerous books and countless articles relating to business strategy (According to the Wall Street Journal, the most sought after executive skill set is strategic thinking).

        Jason Pottinger


        Jason earned an MBA at the Schulich School of Business, York University, Canada specializing in international business & marketing. Undergraduate work was completed at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, where he earned degrees in economics & geography. Jason is a seasoned investor and has built several successful businesses in the Toronto markets. Additionally, Jason has consulted with several other technology start-ups working on business development and marketing strategies.

            Will Hogan


            Will holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Chicago, and has earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.

            Will’s business development experience ranges from opportunity, identification and evaluation to project management including specifying capability requirements, building teams, selecting and managing partners and vendors and strategic marketing. Over his 20-plus year career, Will has proven adept at driving initiatives within and across organizations, often employing consultative sales techniques at firms such as Amalgamated Bank, Aetos Capital/ AEA Holdings, Morgan Stanley, and Ernst & Young. Through Godfrey Companies, Inc., Will provided consulting services to growing companies on business planning, business development, and capital formation topics. Will also served as COO of Hillsdale Group, a developer of green energy generation projects, primarily in the developing world, where he led the company’s strategy and execution efforts, including project identification, evaluation, financing, and overall development.

                Jenny Hinsman


                Jenny earned her MBA in Finance and International Business from NYU and a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication at Miami University (Ohio).

                Entrepreneur, Strategy, Finance and Operations Professional: Jenny is an accomplished leader responsible for creating and launching multiple startups and managing all aspects of growing businesses. These include launching and growing My Garden System, Inc. and several new businesses for Pitney Bowes. At Pitney Bowes Management Services, she led a team of 340 people who provided outsourced services to Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Liberty Mutual and GenRe Insurance. Jenny was responsible for the national launch of Pitney Bowes’ first document management solution for its core business and for developing multiple strategic plans that were presented to its Board of Directors. Her operational experience includes running existing and new businesses (P&L management, team leadership, marketing strategies, new product development, financial management, and negotiating customer and vendor agreements). She has a strong desire to incorporate customer needs into all aspects of business. Approximately half of her working career has included working across global markets in various industries.

                    Dr. Josh Beam

                    Dr. Josh Beam: I grew up on 50 cow Holstein dairy operation in Delight, NC. I got my BS and MS degrees at NC State University in soil and crop science, respectively. I received my Ph.D from Virginia Tech in Weed Science. After getting my degrees, I worked with NC Cooperative Extension for three years as an Area field crops agent in Lincoln and Catawba counties, in NC. In 2007 I went to work for Sunnyridge farm and worked there for seven years helping producers to grow blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries and also managing a 75 acre blackberry farm and a distribution center. In August 2014 I took a position as the Precision Ag specialist for Western, NC with Southern States.
